Digital Product Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:
    We offer refunds for digital products within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described or if you experience technical issues that prevent access or usage.
  • Request Process:
    To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  • Approved Refunds:
    If your request meets our criteria, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will lose access to the refunded digital product(s) upon completion of the refund.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
    Refunds are not available if:
    • The product was downloaded and used as described, with no functional or technical issues.
    • The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
    • The issue is due to incorrect use not aligned with provided instructions.
  • Exchanges:
    If you purchased the wrong digital product or wish to exchange it for another in our catalog, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We’ll assist you with a one-time exchange.
